MoboPlayer is one of the best offline video players for playing video files like MP4, WMV, and AVI which I used for Google Android. There is also a useful Windowed video mode which display the video in a re-sizeable window on your homescreen which could come in handy when you need to pause the video to draw a scene of the video on a drawing and sketching app, or if you need to reply to many text messages, and e-mails while watching a video to make replying to messages more fun because you have a video to watch while you are doing repetitive tasks like replying to messages, checking your agenda, reading comments on a blog, etc.
Moboplayer also can play videos at their original size, full screen, 4:3, 16:9. and other sizes to make videos more clear, use up all the screen, or be displayed at the right aspect ratio like 4:3-16:9, so videos do not look squeezed, or stretched on your tablet or smartphone.
