Rocket Music Player is a nice looking modern music player for Google Android. It is easy to use to play music, and sounds great. I like that Rocket Player has a notification widget which I can use to play, pause, skip or go back a track, loop play a track once or forever, and stop the music from playing in the Notifications bar in Android.
Rocket Music Player is also controllable from the lockscreen, so you do not have to unlock your mobile to change songs, pause songs, or stop a song from playing.
I can also Play, Shuffle by albums, artists, genres, songs, podcasts, folders, videos and playlists on the player. Rocket Music Player also has an equalizer for playing music for improve audio quality when listening to different kinds of music like pop, rock, and classical.
I can make Playlists in Rocket Music Player for songs which I listen to by artist, type, and mood. There is also tag editing in Rocket Player. Rocket Music Player also can play a lot of different music file types like MP3, Apple Lossless (alac), APE (ape), Musepack (mpc), Free Lossless Audio Codec (flac), True Audio (tta), Waveform Audio File (wav), and Windows Media Audio Non-Lossless. In my experience, the audio quality of Rocket Music Player is pretty good since the songs are clear, and don’t skip/buffer. Rocket Player also supports album artwork, and groups songs by artist and music type which is useful for finding music on my tablet.
There is also Embedded lyrics support on Rocket Music Player.
Rocket Music Player also has a easy to use video player for playing music videos in full screen mode, and the video player also display a thumbnail image of the videos on my device. The video player is pretty good for a basic video player. Videos play pretty smoothly, and it easy to play, pause, and stop a video.
You can download Rocket Music Player from Google Play by searching for it on Google Play, or from Amazon’s App Store for Kindle Fire, and Android at Rocket Music Player
